January 19 Concord/ Lunenburg/ Waterford 7/8 Grade Girls vs. Danville

The 7/8 KESD-C/L/W Girls team matched up against Danville on Wednesday night.


A very close, competitive first half saw many lead changes, with the foul line being the equalizer.

Danville shot 50% from the line in the half, while KESD struggled.

The game was tied at half time 9-9.



The girls cranked up the energy in the 2nd half scoring 15 points in the 3rd quarter with three pointers from Hayden D'Agostino and Brianna Bunnell. Madisyn Amadon chipped in 5 points in the quarter as well.

The girls came out aggressively on defense to start the 4th, forcing turnovers and getting out in transition. Olivia Chase and Jayden Bunnell would add to the scoring. Brianna Bunnell led the team in scoring, steals and rebounds with a final stat line of 16 points, 5 steals and 6 rebounds. Jayden Bunnell led the team in assists with three.


Great job in a hard fought victory ladies! Final score 35-25.
