KESD 2022 Fall Practice Schedules Now Available

September 21, 2022

September 20, 2022 Game Summary --

It was a damp and drizzly day, but that didn’t stop both ¾«¶«´«Ã½ East north teams of Lyndon and Burke storming the field, on Tuesday afternoon at the LTS fields. Both teams showed valiant effort and potential, but the team from Lyndon showed their strength in all areas on the field, as they walked away with a 7-0 win.

Trent Ainsworth and Luca Bianco shared the net duty, as they combined for an impressive shutout. “Both gentlemen were not afraid to come out of the goal and charge any challenge, who were able to get past our defense. We saw some great saves from both” says coach Bias.

Pace McKinnon, Grayson Bias and Levi Webber were all able to collect two goals each, with Andrew Armstrong scoring one as well. Almost all of the goals were unassisted, except for one of Grayson’s, which was fed to him on a really nice pass from Pace.

“So many things were working well for our Lyndon team, with every player contributing to the team performance in their own way. We were following our shots, looking for open passes and kept a very strong defensive line. We are happy that the elements that we have been focusing so much in our recent practices, is prevailing when it counts” says coach Bias.

Both KESD North teams will now start to prepare their squads for the upcoming home jamboree this Saturday.
