January 25 KESD 6th Grade Girls vs. Danville

Danville took a quick lead in the first quarter leading 4-2, however ¾«¶«´«Ã½ East fell into their groove quickly in the 2nd period, scoring an additional seven points while holding Danville at two.

After halftime, Danville was able to sink two buckets, however KESD quickly took a larger lead in the second half continuing to win rebounds and push the ball.

 

Miranda Caron of Good Shepherd School came in as high scorer for ¾«¶«´«Ã½ East scoring 8 points, Emerson Smith and Emma Sanville were just behind her with 6 each, followed closely by Mariah Birch with 5. Mary Jane Kissinger rounded out the ¾«¶«´«Ã½ East’s total score of 25 with a single bucket.

¾«¶«´«Ã½ East proved the importance of team work, patience and good passes as the full team compliment was not available this game.


Final score 25-6.
