February 8 KESD Hever 6th Girls v. Coventry

KESD 6th grade girls came up short when they faced Coventry, but not for lack of effort however.

A total of 34 shots were taken by Lyndon, but unfortunately only five of those found the net throughout the course of the game.

Down by four points in the start of the second half KESD was able to muscle into a lead at the end of three periods . However Coventry quickly tied the game back up in the 4th quarter.

Ultimately the buzzer rang with a final score in favor of Coventry 14-10.

Julia Allen, Emmy Smith and Mary Jane Kissinger led the team with rebounds. Layla Sackett (2pts), Emma Sanville (2pts) and Emmy Smith (6pts) together tallied up the teams total points.

It was an exciting nail biter of game from start to finish.
