KESD South Baseball Game @ Haverhill May 17
The 8th grade baseball team spotted STJ two runs in the first inning, as the host plated their first two batters in the game.
But Beckett Bailey, Jackson Dwyer, and Chase Sanville combined to shut out STJ the rest of the way.
In the 4th inning, singles by Adrian Mitchell, Sanville, Karter Morey, and Dwyer, and aggressive baserunning produced four runs. Morey's double, followed by a second single by Dwyer in the seventh inning provided insurance, and completed the scoring for a 5-2 victory.
