KESD South Girls Softball vs North Country May 9

The KESD South girls played a talented North Country team Monday night and had their best all around game of the season.

Ashtyn Chadburn had a breakthrough game at the plate, getting a bunt for a hit her first at bat and scoring a run on an RBI single from Aliah Hale.

Mya Barney came on in relief pitching for her first outing of the season and had a dazzling performance, walking only two batters in her three innings of work and keeping the hitters off balance with her drop ball.

Ashtyn kept her hot streak going with a hard hit single to left field, and Mya advanced her to 3rd on her single.

Aliah Hale would come through again with a 2 RBI single up the middle.

Tanner Kittridge had a great game behind the plate and reached base in all three of her at bats.

Great job ladies!!!
